New systems and products beginning from March 27, 2006: (1) Foreign investors are allowed to trade by US dollars in the futures market; (2) Offshore FCMs may open omnibus accounts with local FCMs; and (3) US dollar denominated gold futures, MSCI Taiwan Stock Index futures and options start to trade.
