二、Recipient of the fine：Fubon Futures Co., Ltd.

三、Legal basis of the fine：Article 2, paragraph 2, Article 12, Article 55, subparagraph 21 of the Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants , Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 9 of the Regulations Governing Futures Advisory Enterprises.

四、Facts of the violation and reasons：Fubon Futures Co., Ltd. has been approved by FSC to engage in the futures brokerage and futures advisory business. However, some of its responsible persons have been found to be engaged in businesses without registration. Also, the company made use of non-employees to carry out business relating to futures trading. In addition, the lending of assets by the company has not been made in compliance with its internal control system. Therefore, Fubon Futures Co., Ltd. has violated the laws and regulations governing futures business.

五、Resulting fine：An administrative fine of NT$360,000 was imposed on Fubon Futures Co., Ltd. pursuant to Article 119 of the Futures Trading Act.
