2.Recipient of the punishment: United Asset Securities Investment Consultant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “United Asset Investment Consultant”), and its Chairman Chang, . 

3.Legal basis of the punishment: Paragraph 2, Article 8, subparagraph 5, Article 103, and Article 104 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, paragraph 1, Article 6 of the Regulations Governing Securities Investment Consulting Enterprises

4.Facts of the violation and reasons: United Asset Investment Consultant misappropriated the company funds and included fraudulent statement or concealment in its relevant books and records. Such misconducts are deemed material and caused the company’s inability to maintain a robust operation. 

5.The disciplinary action: Pursuant to subparagraph 5, Article 103 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, the business permit of United Asset Investment Consultant is revoked; and pursuant to Article 104 of the same Act, United Asset Investment Consultant is ordered to dismiss the Chairman, Chang, , from office.
