2. Recipient of the punishment: Lin, ○○, responsible person of the conduct by Golden Bridge Electech Inc. (public company, stock code 6133). 

3. Legal basis of the punishment: Article 36-1; Subparagraph 7, Paragraph 1, Article 178; and Paragraph 1, Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act; and Paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 30; and Paragraph 1, Article 33 of the Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets by Public Companies.

4. Facts of the violation and reasons: Golden Bridge Electech Inc. and its subsidiary resolved in the Board meetings on December 29, 2016; June 19, 2017; and August 14, 2017 to increase the capital of the subsidiary. However, Golden Bridge Electech Inc. did not make the announcement within two (2) days from the occurrence of such event. It is deemed as violating Article 36-1 of Securities and Exchange Act, and Paragraph 1, Article 30 and Paragraph 1, Article 33 of the Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets by Public Companies.

5. The disciplinary action: The responsible person of the conduct by the Company is charged with the punishment of administrative fine of NTD 240,000 pursuant to Subparagraph 7, Paragraph 1, Article 178; and Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
