1.Date the punishment was imposed: July 4, 2019

2.Recipient of the punishment: Tseng, ○○, the responsible person of the conduct by Edom Technology Co., Ltd. 

3.Legal basis of the punishment: Article 36-1 of the Securities and Exchange Act, Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 30, and Paragraph 1, Article 33 of the Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets by Public Companies effective at the time of conduct. 

4.Facts of the violation and reasons: The Board of Director of Edom Technology Co., Ltd. resolved the merger of its subsidiaries Sunjet Components Corp. and Amod Technology Co., Ltd. on November 9, 2018. However, the Company did not make the announcement and filing for its subsidiaries until June 13, 2019. The failure to make the announcement and filing within 2 days from the occurrence of the event is a violation of the Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 30, and Paragraph 1, Article 33 of the Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets by Public Companies effective at the time of conduct.

5.The disciplinary action: An administrative fine of NT$240,000 was imposed on the responsible person of that company’s conduct pursuant to Subparagraph 7, Paragraph 1, Article 178 and Paragraph 1, Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act effective at the time of conduct.
