4.Facts of the violation and reasons: SHENMAO Technology Inc. failed to report the previous month''s balance of endorsements/guarantees by the 10th day of each month and, therefore, should be held violating Article 24 of the Regulations Governing Loaning of Funds and Making of Endorsements/Guarantees by Public Companies.

5.Resulting fine: The responsible person of SHENMAO Technology Inc., who committed the offense, should be sentenced to the fine, NT$240,000, for the violation by SHENMAO Technology Inc., in accordance with Paragraph 1(11) of Article 178 and Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
