1.    Date of sanction: September 15, 2025
2.    Object of sanction: IBF Futures Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as IBF Futures).
3.    Legal basis for the sanction: Paragraph 2, Article 2 of the Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants.
4.    Facts of violation: Traders’ futures accounts at IBF Futures reached the company’s intraday risk threshold for mandatory offsetting. However, the company failed to execute the offsetting operations, which is inconsistent with its internal control policies and constitutes a violation of futures management related laws and regulations.
5.    Sanction imposed: A fine of NT$120,000 is imposed on IBF Futures in accordance with subparagraph 2, paragraph 1, Article 119 of the Futures Trading Act.
