1.    Date of sanction: September 17, 2025
2.    Objects of sanction: Fubon Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fubon Securities).
3.    Legal basis for the sanctions: Subparagraph 3, paragraph 1, Article 36 and subparagraph 3, paragraph 1, Article 178-1 of the Securities and Exchange Act,
4.    Facts of violation: Fubon Securities failed to announce and submit its operating results for June 2025 by July 10, 2025, which constitutes a violation of subparagraph 3, paragraph 1, Article 36 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
5.    Sanctions imposed: A fine of NT$300,000 is imposed on Fubon Securities in accordance with subparagraph 3, paragraph 1, Article 178-1 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
