Broadened Scope of SICEs'' Advisory Services to Professional Institutional Investors with Respect to Overseas Securities
To expand the scope of services that Securities Investment Consulting Enterprises (SICEs) may provide to professional institutional investors, on 15 April 2020, the FSC allowed SICEs to accept advisory mandates from professional institutional investors with respect to overseas bonds and overseas securitized products exempted from credit rating requirements.
