A total of 1,736 listed companies are required to file 2020 financial reports by March 31, 2021. All listed companies have completed the filing except TOPBI International Holdings Limited (code: 2929) and Pharmally International Holding Co., Ltd.(code: 6452).

The domestic TWSE-listed companies as a whole report NT$32,267.3 billion in total operating income for the year ended December 31, 2020, which is a YOY increase of NT$344.3 billion, or 1.08%, compared to 2019. The net profit before tax is NT$2,809.7 billion for the year ended December 31, 2020, which is a YOY increase of NT$500.9 billion, or 21.70%, compared to 2019.

Among all the domestic TWSE-listed companies, the main industries with a growing tendency in their net profit before tax are ”Semiconductors”, “Computer Peripheral Equipment”, and “Shipping and Transportation”.

The domestic TPEx-listed companies as a whole report NT$2,197.3 billion in total operating income for the year ended December 31, 2020, which is a YOY increase of NT$52.6 billion, or 2.45%, compared to 2019. The net profit before tax is NT$222.5 billion for the year ended December 31, 2020, which is a YOY increase of NT$37.4 billion, or 20.21%, compared to 2019. 

Among all the domestic TPEx-listed companies, the main industries with a growing tendency in their net profit before tax are ”Semiconductors”, “Biotechnology and Medicine”, and “Electronic Parts and Components”.
