1.Announced Amendments to the “Regulations Governing the Establishment of Internal Control Systems by Service Enterprises in Securities and Futures Markets”

The FSC introduced the amendments of the Regulations on September 30, 2017 to lay down requirements for anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT), handling and reporting of material events and strengthening the role of legal compliance units for service enterprises.
