Financial Supervisory Commission Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to designate Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) and its Structured Notes Market Observation Post System as the FSC-designated reporting institution and information transmission system specified in Article 10 and 13 of "Regulations Governing Offshore Structured Products" (stipulation shall become effective from 31st, December 2020)
