2.Subject of penalty: Harvest Securities Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Harvest Investment Consulting”), the Associated Person Yu ○○ and the former financial accounting department head Liu ○○.

3.Legal reference: Article 102, Article 104, Article 111 and Article 117 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, and Paragraph 1, Article 6 of the Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Firms.

4.The facts: While holding job positions in Harvest Investment Consulting from 2016 to 2018, the Sales Representative Yu ○○ and the former financial accounting department head Liu ○○ also served as other companies'' responsible persons concurrently, in violation of Paragraph 1, Article 6 of the Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Firm.

5.Result of punitive action: According to Article 102 and Article 111 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, Harvest Investment Consulting has been issued an official reprimand and a fine of NT$600,000 has been imposed. Meanwhile, according to Article 104 of the same Act, Harvest Investment Consulting has been ordered to suspend the Sales Representative Yu ○○ from execution of duty for two months, and suspend the former financial accounting department head Liu ○○ from execution of duty for one month.
