一、 Date of punishment: September 27, 2021
二、 Objects of punishment: XX Huang, the responsible person of Creative Sensor Co., Ltd。
三、 Legal basis for the punishment: Paragraph 8, Article 26-3, sub-paragraph 9, paragraph 1, Article 178 and Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act, and sub-paragraphs 7 and 8, paragraph 1, Article 17, of the Regulations Governing Procedure for Board of Directors Meetings of Public Companies.
四、 Fact of law violation: Creative Sensor Co., Ltd. convened its board meeting on May 10, 2021, but the summary of the directors' speeches on the matters discussed and extempore motions were not accurately recorded in the minutes of the board meeting. This is verified to have violated the provisions of sub-paragraphs 7 and 8, paragraph 1, Article 17 of the Regulations Governing Procedures for Board of Directors Meetings of Public Companies.
五、 Punishment imposed: A fine of NT$240,000 is imposed on the former responsible person of Enterex in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs 9, paragraph 1 of Article 178 and Article 179 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
