FSC Issues Order Regarding Articles 23, 39, and 41-1 of the Standards Governing the Establishment of Securities Firms as well as Articles 18-1, 51, and 52 of the Regulations Governing Securities Firms

The Financial Supervisory Commission promulgated Order No. 1080360078 on 18 September 2019, stipulating that a securities firm applying for new businesses, establishing new branch, or investing in domestic or foreign enterprises shall fulfill the Information Security Self-Assessment Form, which is now the required application document.
