To promote corporate governance and corporate social responsibility in listed companies, enhance corporate competitiveness, and elevate corporate value, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) is going to hold the 13th Taipei Corporate Governance Forum (TAICGOF) online on Wednesday, 1 Sep, 2021. The topics will be research and discussion on “How the board of directors promote ESG strategy performance”, “Developing diversified sustainable products” and “Enhance transparency, facilitate sustainable operation”. Invited moderators are specialized in corporate governance and sustainable development related fields. Participants will be able to further understand the development trend of international corporate governance through keynote speeches and seminars, combined with case studies.

The forum will be opened by Dr. Tien-Mu Huang, Chairman of the FSC. Ms. Janine Guillot, CEO of Value Reporting Foundation will be giving a keynote speech on “Sustainability and Enterprise Value: delivering 21st century corporate governance”.  Moderators for the three seminars are Mr. Clark C. The forum will focus on improving the sustainable development of enterprises and creating a robust ESG ecosystem.
